The laboratory
Training sessions
Over 1,000 exercises designed to help you progress!
The sessions are made up of several parts representing the whole of a boxing session. The Atelier gives you the opportunity to train under real conditions, with work and rest times identical to those given in clubs. However, if you're short of time, the Atelier also lets you select the parts of the training session you want to do.
Working hours
You will be able to carry out your sessions with working times of 2 or 3 minutes per exercise. These correspond to the time taken for one round in a boxing match (depending on the boxer's level). What's more, you'll also be offered split training sessions with a variety of work and recovery times to give your cardio-respiratory system a greater workout.

L'ATELIER offers structured sessions to help you develop in the best possible conditions. Training sessions will be offered with the possibility of creating your own session. The names of the exercises offered by L'ATELIER have been devised so that our users can identify them and in no way represent the actual names used in the various disciplines.
The different training sequences
Warming up
This is the time to prepare the body for exercise. We raise the body temperature and prepare the muscles for the session ahead.
Specific warm-up
It's a continuation of the general warm-up. We put in place exercises that are a little closer to the discipline we'll be practising next.
Body of sessions with stereotyped exercises
During this sequence, techniques are developed and rehearsed in order to master them. Attitude, movement memory and precision are the elements to prioritise during this sequence.
Body of sessions with strategic exercises
Here, technique serves strategy. We develop situations that include uncertainty in order to get as close as possible to real-life conditions.
Themed / free Sparrings
This is when we put into practice everything we've learnt during the session. We move on to free or themed oppositions.
Back to calm
This is the part of the session where you recover and get your heart rate down. You can also stretch or strengthen your muscles.
