Training planning
Because it's important to us to support you throughout your sporting career. L'ATELIER sets up a training plan for all those who want a structured training plan tailored to their objectives. Planning is carried out after profiling the client. The client will be asked to fill in a special information sheet. This training plan includes a physical preparation section to help you improve your physical qualities (strength, speed, power) during your preparation.
There are several choices when it comes to training plans. You can sign up to programmes for a training period of :
- 7 days (Microcycle)
- 4 weeks (mesocycle)
- 6 months (Macrocycle)
- Annual planning (1 season)
