Le Quartier Général gives you the opportunity to visit a sports establishment for a training session. By registering in our database, you'll be able to search for and select a club in your area that's open for business, even if you're not a member.

These clubs will make their facilities available so that you can train for a few hours a day, depending on their availability.

To do this, register on the Quartier Général platform, which will give you access to the list of various facilities offering 1h, 2h or 3h training slots in ideal conditions and with the right equipment.
