The sessions offered on the LABORATOIRE platform are designed for an informed public, so please be careful with your partners and regulate the intensity of your exchanges for everyone's physical safety. Before starting your sessions, please check that you have all the necessary safety equipment to practise our disciplines:
- Bandages
- Gloves
- Shin guards
- Elbow pads
- A mouth guard
- A helmet
- A shell
- A protective bra
Don't hesitate to take a towel and a bottle of water with you during your sessions. As far as accessories are concerned, make sure they are in good condition and comply with established standards.
